e-Conference ICCST2021

Currently, the entire world is struggling against the virulent pandemic COVID-19. ICCST2021 members take the utmost care of our valuable authors as well as us Multiple precaution measures have been taken by us in order to prevent spreading the virus among the public. So, we have the plan that the presentation method is changed from Oral presentation to Remote Presentation Video Meeting.

The Eighth International Conference on Computational Science and Technology 2021 (ICCST2021) is an international scientific conference for research in the field of advanced computational science and technology, to be held during 28-29 August 2021, virtually from Labuan, Malaysia.

Computational Science and Technology is a rapidly growing multi- and interdisciplinary field that uses advanced computing and data analysis to understand and solve complex problems. The absolute size of many challenges in computational science and technology demands the use of supercomputing, parallel processing, sophisticated algorithms and advanced system software and architecture.

With the recent developments in open-standard hardware and software, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), automation, humanized big data, machine learning, internet of everything (IoT) and smart home technology, webscale information technology, mobility and physical-digital integrations, new and efficient solutions are required in Computational Science and Technology in order to fulfilled the demands from these developments.

The conference will be hosted by Spatial Explorer. Building on the previous SIX conferences that include Regional Conference on Computational Science and Technology (RCSST 2007), the five International Conference on Computational Science and Technology (ICCST2014, ICCST2016, ICCST2017, ICCST2018, ICCST2019, ICCST2020), the Eighth International Conference on Computational Science and Technology 2021 (ICCST2021) offers practitioners and researchers from academia and industry the possibility to share computational techniques and solutions in this area, to identify new issues, and to shape future directions for research, as well as to enable industrial users to apply leading-edge large-scale high-performance computational methods.

Papers Submission and Publication

Authors are invited to electronically submit their papers using the given format (See Instructions for Authors) written in English, of up to 12 pages, presenting unpublished research results (not submitted elsewhere)  or innovative practical applications including development of state of art tools relevant to the conference theme.

All submissions are to be done electronically and submitted papers will be peer reviewed by at least two (2) reviewers. Submissions to the main conference are available from the EasyChair ICCST2021 submission system.

Scopus Indexed LNEE Springer Publication

The Eighth International Conference on Computational Science and Technology 2021 (ICCST2021) proceeding will be available in Q3 Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series published by Springer indexed by SCOPUS/WOS.

ICCST2021 Conference paper submissions should be limited to a maximum of twelve (12) pages. ICCST2021 utilizes a double-blind review procedure. Neither the author nor the reviewer should know each other's identity. This process is utilized in order to maintain the integrity of the review process. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated by at least two (2) reviewers based on originality, clarity, technical quality, significance, and relevance to the conference. Duplicate submissions are not allowed. The paper submitted to ICCST2021 should not concurrently be submitted to other conferences or journals. Duplicate submissions will be rejected immediately without review.

For your convenience, Springer has summarized in the "Author Guidelines" document how a proceedings paper should be structured, how elements (headings, figures, references) should be formatted using our predefined styles, etc. They also give some insight on how your paper will be typeset at Springer. The PDF of the Authors Guidelines can be downloaded here or as part of the zip files containing the complete sets of instructions and templates for the different text preparation systems. Springer has developed LaTeX style files and Word templates to help you prepare your paper. LaTeX is the preferred format for texts containing several formulae, but Word templates are also available.
