Submission System

Submissions to the main conference are available from the EasyChair ICCST2020 submission system.

Conference Track Manuscript Preparation

ICCST2020 Conference paper submissions should be limited to a maximum of twelve (12) pages. ICCST2020 utilizes a double-blind review procedure. Neither the author nor the reviewer should know each other's identity. This process is utilized in order to maintain the integrity of the review process. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated by at least two (2) reviewers based on originality, clarity, technical quality, significance, and relevance to the conference. Duplicate submissions are not allowed. The paper submitted to ICCST2020 should not concurrently be submitted to other conferences or journals. Duplicate submissions will be rejected immediately without review.

For your convenience, Springer has summarized in the "Author Guidelines" document how a proceedings paper should be structured, how elements (headings, figures, references) should be formatted using our predefined styles, etc. They also give some insight on how your paper will be typeset at Springer. The PDF of the Authors Guidelines can be downloaded here or as part of the zip files containing the complete sets of instructions and templates for the different text preparation systems. Springer has developed LaTeX style files and Word templates to help you prepare your paper. LaTeX is the preferred format for texts containing several formulae, but Word templates are also available.

Journal Track Manuscript Preparation

In addition to the Conference Track, the Seventh International Conference on Computational Science and Technology (ICCST2020) will be running a Journal Track. All accepted papers in the journal track will be published in International Journal on Emerging Technologies (IJET) ISSN: 2249-3255. In order to ensure an efficient reviewing process, we encourage submissions of papers up to 12 pages including all content and references. Papers that are accepted to the journal track must be presented at the conference in order to be published.

For the template and style files, please follow the instructions for authors on the IJET Instruction journal website. It can be downloaded below.

The journal track will follow the reviewing process of the IJET. This includes allowing papers that require minor changes to be resubmitted after a first-round review. The Journal Track committee will aim to complete the reviewing process in time for this year's conference. In the unlikely event that the reviewing process for a paper is not completed in time (for this year's conference), the paper will not be considered for the conference and the review will be completed as a regular submission to the Conference Track.

For this year's journal track, the abstract and the paper must be submitted for the purpose of review management. This is very important, and failure to do so will result in automatic withdrawal from reviewing.
